Our story.

House of Fitness started with one idea. Train hard in a room that feels like a nightclub, not a gym. Lights low, energy high, so you switch off and really push. You get a personal trainer’s attention, in a group. Classes stay small and semi-private, so a coach catches every rep while you train next to people chasing the same goals. Over 900 members have trained with us in Sheung Wan, and most stay for the people as much as the workout.

Why people stay

The attention of a personal trainer, without the price.

01

A coach on every rep

Small classes mean your form gets fixed in the moment, not six months too late.

02

A proven system

One way of training, built and refined to actually get you results.

03

A room like a club

Dark blue light, music up. The day stays at the door.

04

You never train alone

People come for the workout and stay for the room around it.

A room that is more than a gym.

Dark lights, loud music, the whole room moving. Basically a nightclub where you just leave fitter not hungover.
